I spent 3 nights in the Superior Triple Room at Saigon Amigo Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short 30-second walk to the Bui Vien walking street, filled with bars and restaurants. Despite the nearby nightlife, I felt relatively safe walking around at night. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. they went out of their way to assist me, even storing my luggage after checkout. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent working air conditioning unit and good Wi-Fi. However, I did have some noise disturbances late at night from loud music and what seemed like machinery outside my window, which affected my sleep. Additionally, no complimentary drinking water was provided at check-in, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. Overall, the hotel is a great option for exploring the area, but improvements with noise management and providing basic amenities would enhance the experience.

The rooms are equipped with a fridge and functional air conditioning, and the staff are always available on WhatsApp to assist with any inquiries. I appreciated their quick and high-quality laundry service for a very reasonable price of 92p/KG, making my stay convenient and hassle-free.

what a tragedy this place is! the 'cleaning' was nothing short of disastrous, with dust lurking everywhere and hair on the sink—absolutely appalling! considering how cheap the place was, a simple welcome gesture woudl ve been nice, but of course, nothing. don't get me started on those firm beds, truly a nightmare. i just couldn’t give it a good review.
